Mario Kart DS 2sf
used the original Mario Kart DS ripped by the generic ripkit.
For the final lap versions I added the sseq files inside the sdat file and multiplied
the tempo with 1.25 thank's to the documentation at kiwi.ds
and used the generic ripkit on it. Sadly as long we can't add changed sseq instead
of replacing we need 2 2sflib's now.

Last changes:
- Final lap verisons of Baby Park, Donut Plains and Tick Tock Clock are fixed.
- Sherbet Land -> Frappe Snowland (thank's Tanookirby)
- Filenames same as the tags and corrected capitalization (thank's Tanookirby)
- All tracks are fully tagged now.

Notes/Issues:
- since i modified all sseqs manually mistakes can be made.
- a tempo higher than 240 is not possible, final lap versions
  that would exceed that are topped at 240.
- if you want to be a real completionist the 'hit by lightning' versions of
  the tracks are missing. If i listen to it in the game it sounds like they
  use a flanger-effect for that.
- not sure if mission mode or boss battle have a sped up version.
- the fanfares might be incorrectly tagged.
- I can't recall WIFI lobby menu 100% sure.
- Chain Chomp theme is only used in Mario Kart: Double Dash!, not in MK:DS
- I heard there's another intro sound besides 'Here we go'. I can't find it.
