This single was released on November the 30th, 1992. It was printed in 1000 units, those were given to people who signed lottery cards.

Time Gal itself wasn't developed by Wolfteam, it was just ported by them to the Mega-CD. I think this single and that game was released at about the same time. This single contained two track, "Beyond Space and Time", and a karaoke version of the same track. The non-karaoke version was sung by Yuriko Yamamoto (山本 百合子).
